Return, Exchange, and Refund Details:

Please note that as these are medical products, we offer no return, and refund policy. Please make your purchase mindfully. In case of receiving any damaged product (opened bottle or seal) or having any manufacturing defects, you can request an exchange of your purchase. For that, you need to email an image of the damaged product along with the proof of purchase to sujataayurvedicpharmacy@gmail.com. We will get back to you with the best possible resolution within 48 hrs, if the customer care executive didn't find anything suspicious in the image he/ she can also ask for a video of the product unboxing. Therefore, it is advised to film a video before unboxing your order.

1. You have 24 hrs following order receipt to exchange an item.

2. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Once the exchange is approved, the exchange order request will be initiated.

Cancellation Information

We work hard to deliver high-quality products to you, and in order to minimise any disruption, every order is carefully inspected before shipment. In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled. sujataayurvedicpharmacy.com has the complete right to decide whether an order should be canceled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by sujataayurvedicpharmacy.com and accepts our decision.

As there are special occasion discounts, cancellations are not available for products that have been ordered. Orders placed under the same-day delivery category are not subject to cancellation.

Sujataayurvedicpharmacy.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. These shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or the payment has been received. 100% payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same.
