● Shipment processing time:

All orders require 48 working hours to process and dispatch. Orders received on Sunday or during holidays are dispatched on the next working day. During busy times such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.

Shipments may take several days longer to arrive if we are processing a large volume of orders. Please allow a few more days for delivery as a result of transportation. You will be contacted by phone or email if there is a substantial delay (more than the mentioned time) in the shipment of your item.

• Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges(if any) for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free Shipping Anywhere in India if your cart value is Rs 199 and above. A nominal fee of Rs.49 will be charged on orders below the cart value of Rs.199.

Shipping duration depends on the area, where the actual delivery is going to place or on our courier partner. sujataayurvedicpharmacy.com has no role in the order delivery time.

● Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO / FPO addresses:

We ship to addresses nationwide.

● Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

As soon as your purchase arrives, you will receive a confirmation email. In a day or two, the tracking number will be received.

To protect our interests and yours, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. You may also record a video for documentation before opening the cargo.
